The simple answer is no. Electing traffic school should only be used as a last resort on a moving violation. What do I mean by this? What I mean is if you have a really bad record and many recent tickets and if your traffic lawyer tells you that this may be the only way you can avoid points, then elect school.

Remember these two things, 1) You have a limited number of lifetime elections and 2) you can only elect school once every 12 months.

If you would like more advice on your school elections you should consult with a traffic attoney. you can find us on the web at www.dontpaythatticket.com or call us at 561-989-9999.
